Hasn't been a problem since I changed up my parking situation so it can be in my garage if it's going to sit a few days. I understand there's an ECU update that would be covered by 8 year / 80k mile emissions warranty that probably would fix this if it ever recurs.
May 2022 42000 mi	CEL came on. OBD2 code reader indicated a code for a fuel system small evaporative leak. The next time I refueled I cleaned the gas cap's rubber seal and its interface on the fill neck, cleared the code from the computer and it hasn't reappeared.

Truck runs fine after repair. $ months later during a cold spell, The flapper of fill tube would not open while attempting to fuel up. At home found ice preventing flapper from movement. Applied heat gun to melt. when flapper opened found ice at lower section of fill tube. Heat gun with shop vac inside fill tube to prevent water from running into tank. Expressed this to dealer, they had no clear answer. 1 week later we were expecting rain, I folded some paper towels and placed inside fuel door, the next morning paper towels were soaked. The fuel door provides a lousy seal, and the fill tube cap,(which is nothing but a plastic plug insert had water in it. Ram has a poor design here, and 4 months earlier it cost me $3200. Call Customer support, then mopar support, they say nothing they can do without recall or service bulletin. I purchased on amazon a fill tube plug with an oring built on it made of aluminum. It does provide a tight seal for now. Working on a new fuel fill door gasket next. Owners beware of this problem.

Jun 2021 37820 mi C $80	I had the exhaust tick. So I checked the manifold bolts and indeed, one of them was broken. I bought the gasket kit and a new set of bolts. As an aside, the bolt broke flush with the aluminum block. I drilled it and used an extractor. The extractor broke off. I reverted to grinding the bolt out of the hole. I damaged the threads in the block. I tapped the hole and it didn't have enough left to put the threads back enough to hold. I cried. I used a Helicoil insert which I thought was pretty sketchy but it is holding. Exhaust tick is still there LOL.

Took them another day to find the thermostat for the V6 engine. Heat output is improved but not as good as in previous winters. For this reason I'm putting down repair not successful. Replaced thermostat that was stuck open to try to fix problem with heat output.
