2006 | 4dr Hatch 103-horsepower 1.5L I4 5-speed manual FWD |
Full sized adults fit well in the rear seat. 2 of them. see full Scion xB review |
2006 | 4dr Hatch 103-horsepower 1.5L I4 5-speed manual FWD |
This car is like an optical illusion - it's SOOO much bigger on the inside than it seems like from the outside! Riding in it feels more like riding in a minivan than a car. My husband is over 6' tall, and he can sit comfortably in the driver's seat with plenty of room above his head. At the same time, my son (also over 6' tall) can sit comfortably behind him with plenty of room for his knees. When my kids were younger, we fit three of them in the back, and often went on long trips (5-6 hrs in the car) with no problems. Our luggage even fit in the back! see full Scion xB review |
2006 | 4dr Hatch 103-horsepower 1.5L I4 4-speed automatic FWD |
It is so comfortable for tall people, with plenty of legroon. see full Scion xB review |
2006 | 4dr Hatch 103-horsepower 1.5L I4 4-speed automatic FWD |
More rear legroom than a BMW 7 series !!! Tall people are more than comfortable in the back seat see full Scion xB review |
2006 | 4dr Hatch 103-horsepower 1.5L I4 5-speed manual FWD |
Gigantic rear seats. 6+ foot tall passengers can seat in the back without their knees touching the front seatbacks. Cargo capacity is also most impressive for such compact exterior dimensions. see full Scion xB review |
2005 | 4dr Hatch 108-horsepower 1.5L I4 5-speed manual FWD |
The seats are very comfortable for a vehicle as inexpensive as this. see full Scion xB review |
2005 | 4dr Hatch 108-horsepower 1.5L I4 5-speed manual FWD |
There is tons of room in this car! It almost seems bigger on the inside than the car is on the outside. see full Scion xB review |
2005 | 4dr Hatch 108-horsepower 1.5L I4 5-speed manual FWD |
I have 3 kids, ages 15, 13, and 7, and they have all kinds of leg room in the back seat of this car. It's almost as much as a minivan. All 3 can ride comfortably in the back for up to an hour or so. Another 2 inches or so of width would make it ideal, even for longer trips. see full Scion xB review |
2005 | 4dr Hatch 108-horsepower 1.5L I4 5-speed manual FWD |
There is enough room in the rear seat for two large men to sit comfortably or, in my case, two car seats for my children. see full Scion xB review |
2005 | 4dr Hatch 108-horsepower 1.5L I4 5-speed manual FWD |
you feel like you are driving a larger vehicle when looking out from the drivers seat see full Scion xB review |

2010 | 4dr Sedan 140-horsepower 2.0L I4 4-speed automatic FWD |
I am ranking the driver's seat high in comfort even though 10 minutes is not enough to be sure. The seat has a lot of adjustability, including height. It feels like sitting on a platform rather than a hammock. The seat felt supportive without being hard. I can imagine it would allow for long distance travel in comfort. see full Ford Focus review |
2010 | 4dr Sedan 140-horsepower 2.0L I4 5-speed manual FWD |
Head room was great and the seat adjusted vertically with an easy to use lever. see full Ford Focus review |
2009 | 2dr Coupe 143-horsepower 2.0L I4 5-speed manual FWD |
2 door is easy to get in and out of. The leather seating option makes for a comfortable ride especially for such a small car. see full Ford Focus review |

2010 | 4dr Sedan 140-horsepower 2.0L I4 4-speed automatic FWD |
It's tight in the back. Entry and egress are a bit cumbersome in particular for the feet. My shoe size is 9.5. see full Ford Focus review |

2010 | 4dr Sedan 140-horsepower 2.0L I4 5-speed manual FWD |
Like sitting on concrete. One minor positive was that the lumbar support was decent, but overall lacking in comfort. see full Ford Focus review |
2009 | 4dr Sedan 140-horsepower 2.0L I4 5-speed manual FWD |
No rear armrest. Only one cupholder. see full Ford Focus review |

2009 | 4dr Sedan 140-horsepower 2.0L I4 5-speed manual FWD |
Due to the lack of rear seat room, you must slide the front seats forward to prevent a child from kicking their feet on the back of the seats. Only a booster seat with the front seats forward will minimize this problem. see full Ford Focus review |
