Why Not the 2002 Chevrolet Impala?

Reliability & durability

I had the front rotors warp every 3 to 6 months. I had to replace them at my cost as GM would not warranty them. The rear have now warped too. Both front wheel bearings had to be replaced as well as the tie rod ends. All within 70,000 miles. Very poor.

Materials & workmanship

As noted above:poor rotors and suspension parts. Also the leather interior is very hard to keep clean and the steering wheel material is cracked and peeling off.

Safety & braking

The problems with the rotors as noted above.

Discounts & incentives

There were none offered!
