Why the 2010 Subaru Outback?

Powertrain performance

The all wheel drive is wonderful and really does give amazing traction for a vehicle that drives like a car. The CVT takes a little getting used to but provides for a uniquely smooth ride.

Fuel economy

28MPG on an all wheel drive vehicle with 8" of ground clearance is tough to beat. Especially since I'm averaging 32 on the highway!

Safety & braking

Safety features galore, all standard. Breaking in any condition is excellent.

Cargo capacity

Very large cargo capacity, built in roof racks, towing capability all add up to a great overall experience. I've hauled 4 + gear to multi-day camping trips.

Front seat support & comfort

This is a big one for me since I'm 6'6". The seat is very comfortable, even with my long legs. With it all the way back, I can fit in the rear seat as well. Also, heated seats are a wonderful thing.
