6-speed manual FWD		 I have been a tad disappointed in my newest car's fuel economy. My tuned to 340 hp 1995 Saab 900 SE was getting 29 mpg in mixed city/highway driving. Currently I am driving 75% city and suburban surface streets and the rest highway. This must explain my rather pedestrian 23 mpg current average. 6-speed shiftable automatic AWD		 Mileage has been pretty good to great. At 65 mph with cruise control on a smooth, level highway I've gotten 33 mpg. 80mph (legally in west Texas) on cruise control I've gotten 24 to 25 mpg depending on wind. Between those, 70 to 75 mph on a highway, I get about the EPA highway rating of 26 mpg. In mixed highway and traffic I routinely get 23 mpg (this is my usual commute). Straight stop-and-go errand-running I get 17 to 18 mpg, which is pretty close to the EPA city rating. I tend to be somewhat light on the throttle most of the time. see full Acura TL review

5-speed shiftable automatic AWD		 Coming from a 3.2 engine that regularly got 22-23 mpg it it a bit disappointing that the 2010 TL with the 3.7 gets only 18-19 mpg.
