2009 Mercedes-Benz E-Class 4dr Sedan

268-horsepower 3.5L V6 7-speed shiftable automatic RWD

29200 mi Windshield reservoir appears to be leaking. Had to fill 3 times in less than 6000 miles. Dealer pressure tested tank and found no leaks at this time. I will keep better records to see if this is truly an issue
98000 mi

US $950
Front tires needed replacement after getting worn out from the inside edges due to bad alignment. It is a repeat "feature" - the car seems to eat either the front set of tires or the rear one. Driven 8 miles daily. No harsh turns or breaks whatsoever. But the issue keeps on coming up in 8-10K miles. And its either the front set or the rear. Car is always dealer maintained and all reports show alignment as correct and other components working as required. IF anything is off, i get it replaced immediately. This is my wife's daily driver and I don't like her or kids stranded on road side so I maintain it religiously.
49500 mi Rear Windshield sunshade failed to operate. Service writer at dealer pulled it out a bit then it worked. I find if allowed to retract completely it would not work but if left out just a tad worked all the time. Not really a complete fix.
57000 mi Rear window motorized shade replaced
73000 mi

US $20
Gasket for left rear lens assembly failed resulting with water accumulating into lens assembly. Rear bulb assembly needs replacing due to failed bulbs resulting from this leak. Cost of this assembly runs about $48 from independent suppliers though genuine part.
