On a trip to Savannah, GA. While vehicle was parked along river front @ hotel. Rat entered engine bay and proceeded to chew on #4 coil wire along with other wires & circuits. At first, thought it was only serpentine belt as I replaced this in the parking lot. An hour up the road, multiple warning, ck engine, overheating, and No A/C cooling + engine misfire. Found a Ford dealer in Statesboro, Ga. which upon inspection found above mentioned issues. Of course, being 5pm in the afternoon. Necessitated an overnite till tech could perform repairs. Picked up vehicle mid-morning with no further issues to report. |
