Really good but some annoying problems 2009 BMW 3-Series Love Letter A member in Alberta, Canada I have owned this car for about 2.5 years and have no significant problems with it so far. I have had to replace brake light bulbs 4 times and the seat belt pusher has broken. The wheels get scraped easily. The remote/comfort entry works intermittently sometimes. Pretty minimal problems. I... |

2016 BMW 340i Review Official TrueDelta review by Michael Karesh After making the 3 Series into the sport sedan everyone else aimed for, BMW decided to pursue a broader market with a 2012 (model year) redesign. I didn't care for the result, finding the new 3 too large, squishy, and even numb for my taste. I was far from... Comparison vehicle: 2017 Jaguar XE |

A Brand in Turmoil and desperate to preserve their identity (or find it) 2008 BMW 3-Series Pros and Cons Member2702 After decades of building the world's most satisfying driver's cars BMW is devolving into a purveyor of promising vehicles, albeit plagued by insufficient reliability engineering. Competitors meanwhile have caught up and some (Cadillac) can rightfully argue that it is they who now build the ultimate driving machine. BMWs are still... |
What they say is true. The BMW 3 series is truly a car enthusiast's vehicle. 2007 BMW 3-Series Love Letter Member6281 I may have only had this car for a couple weeks but I can't get over how much I enjoy driving this vehicle! Just today while driving to work I had the biggest shit eating grin on my face. This car is just plain fun. Comparison vehicle: 2005 Mercedes-Benz C-Class |

Expectation Shattering! Best Car I've Ever Driven 2015 BMW 3-Series Love Letter Member6387 Ever since the release of the E92 335(previous generation) 3 series with its plethora of problems, I was very skeptical they would rebound to revive the 3 series sedan to life. Not only did they revive it but they've made it a beast! The new 335i M-sport edition is just... |

BMW has changed thier supention so that you can not find tires to drive on. 2010 BMW 3-Series Horror Story Health we have bought 3 sets of tires trying to get the car ride stable on the road and it still floats all over the place. BMW said it is the tires and we have tried with very little results. we had to replace the shocks al the way round with... |

Best driver's car in the entry level luxury segment 2010 BMW 3-Series Pros and Cons Member6338 Buy it for the excellent handling, brilliant engine and driver-focussed ergonomics but be prepared to pay big bucks for luxury/tech features and repairs out of warranty. |

2015 Volvo V60 T5 Review Official TrueDelta review by Michael Karesh You'll be living near some of the best roads in the country for a month, specifically those of western North Carolina. You can drive four different cars during this time. Would you make one of them a wagon? I love wagons, and I did my best to make two... Comparison vehicle: 2014 BMW 3-Series |

2012 BMW 328i Twin-Turb 2.0L Four Cylinder 2012 BMW 3-Series Pros and Cons trebor99 Seen a lot of reviewers badmouthing the new twin-turb 2.0L engine. Get so tired of people resisting change that I feel sorry for the manufacturers. If they don't innovate they can't remain relevant. Yet innovation brings the naysayers out in droves. I have owned both the inline six-cylinder and the... |

2014 BMW 328d Review Official TrueDelta review by Michael Karesh Is the old reputation of diesel engines as smelly, noisy, and slow dead yet? These engines are very popular in Europe (partly due to tax incentives) and among professional car reviewers (partly because they're not the norm), but haven't yet caught on with North American car buyers (allegedly because that... The E46 3-Series: A Love-Hate Relationship 2002 BMW 3-Series Pros and Cons Member2416 I make no bones about it; I am a BMW fan...have been for a long time. Not just in a "I like their cars 'cause they're cool" way, but in a nerdy, tell you everything you ever wanted to know about each chassis code and every engine kind of way.... |

2011 BMW 3-Series Pros and Cons Member5875 A fun car to drive. Hardtop-to-convertible transistion is very quiet, and fascinating to watch: amazing design and engineering. Was disappointed about the rear tire wear after so few miles (less than 14K): had to replace both rear tires. Hoping this won't repeat before my lease is up (another 13 months). |
