Aug 2024 11000 mi	The lower air dam and lower bumper cover flew off the SUV at 60 mph. At this time the recall for the bad clips which hold this assembly of plastic under body parts had not been announced. I took the vehicle to my local shop and they ordered new plastic under body parts and replaced them. Upon a dealer covered oil change DCH Toyota of North Brunswick advised that a recall had been issued, that the repair must be redone since the mounting clips had not yet been redesigned when the first repair was done and that I should submit my $700 receipt (from the initial non dealer repair) to Toyota for reimbursement. I did just that and had a check in 10 days from Toyota covering my entire cost. The front lower bumper cover assembly and mounting tabs was replaced free of charge, ultimately twice.

Jul 2022 21000 mi	After much frustration of various inconsistent HD FM radio reception performance from the same locations I did more I investigation and I learned that apparently for marketing and budgetary reasons Toyota decided that not enough people listen to FM anymore to make it important enough to treat properly so they located the FM antenna inside of the rear cargo area driver side window(WHAT ???) This results in poor reception in general however, when you are driving in a direction where the station transmitter has no portion of the vehicle between it and the window with the imbedded antenna, the reception can be OK for a period of time until the route of travel causes the upper portions of the SUV itself to then be in-between the transmitter and the transmitter then the sig al drops immediately.

It's a small leak but requires complete removal of the subframe, engine, transmission and steering rack from the car. 16 effort hours. Parts cost is negligible but the amount of labor is incredible. I strongly recommend you to check your car for this leak. There are good youtube videos how to look for this problem.

Seems unnecessary to me, but so be it.

Due to uneven pad wear the passenger disc had to be turned as the pad had gotten low enough and off angle to have pad backing run against the rotor. Rotor was still above minimum thickness. Rears were checked and brake caliper pins were fine but all pins were lubricated with Permatix ceramic pin lubricant as the stock moly based lubricant dries out and hardens. The root cause of the pin seizure is the pin rubber boots had torn and let water in to rust the pin.
