All 8 cab to frame support bushings (FESM mounts) were collapsed. Replaced with aftermarket parts (Daystar - not recommended with hindsight). Had to torch out some old seized parts. Requires extensive disassembly to access cage nuts. Useful note: Use brake cleaner to remove Ford thread lock. |
