turbocharged 8-cylinder diesel automatic AWD

Passenger side front brake began to make metallic grinding while other brakes where quiet. Inspection revelated that the caliper pin was sized/stuck in the bore due to the rubber sleeve that had become swollen and torn due to lack of lubricant in the bore. This caused the inner pad to wear unequally and prematurely down to the metal at a cocked angle because the top caliper pin was stuck but the bottom pin was not. Due to metallic brake pads being used and brake dust getting under caliper piston rubber boot, the piston was pitted on the exposed metal surface of the piston, wearing the caliper sealing O-ring and the pistons on this original Ford two piston caliper were not moving freely, this metal of the pad dragging on the brake rotor wore a groove in the disc beyond safe machining tolerances as specified by Ford as serviceable. This meant replacement of the right passenger side caliper assembly, disc rotor, pads and brake hardware ( caliper pins, rubber caliper boots, pad spring clips), so since the brake fluid showed particles of rubber in it after drawing a sample using a turkey baster, I also decided to replace the 18 year old rubber flexible lines on the entire truck with RUSSELL brand stainless steel brake lines, Ford Motorcraft DOT 4 High performance Brake Fluid, flush the entire brake system using the one man "Speed Bleeder valves from RUSSELL on all calipers, installing new FORD brake Calipers at the front since all calipes should be replaced in pairs, new cryogenically treated (reduced rotor warpage and extends rotor life) brake rotors from STOPTECH that are slotted for improved brake rotor cooling when towing, new HAWK LTS brake pads, FORD hardware and it now drives smoother as the brakes are not dragging up front and braking performance is improved over the EBC brake pads that I replaced. Note: New calipers have phenolic ( high temp plastic pistons wrapped in stainless steel exterior to provide smooth and rust free use, as the old all metal pistons would transfer too much heat to the brake fluid and cause brake performance to degrade significantly and heat cycle (age) the brake fluid to not last as long as needed for 2 year replacement maintenance cycle).
