42000 mi Fuel cut-off was triggering when attempting to re-fuel the vehicle about 9 times out of 10 gas station visits. Generally it would shut-off the pump at about 1/4 tank, and do so repeatedly until the tank was about 1/2 full. Multiple visits to service always resulted in "cannot fix because we cannot replicate the issue" scenarios, until we got fed up just before the warranty ended. Dealer finally replaced the entire tank and the problem has not recurred.
