2014 BMW 3-Series 4dr Wagon

turbocharged 240hp 2.0L I4 8-speed shiftable automatic AWD

9700 mi Transmission shifts clunky at low speeds (1-20 mph) in various conditions and scenarios. Dealer test drove but did not acknowledge crapping shifting. Reset adaptive transmissions settings but did not resolve issues. BMW...shocking! 
11000 mi Oil leak at transfer case seal. 
14000 mi Transmission continued to shift "clunky" under various circumstances. Drove with shop foreman and he acknowledged a problem. BMW replaced transmission valve body. Shifting improved but still not particularly smooth.

33000 mi Axle seal leak 
22000 mi 2nd gear synchro failed due to faulty clutch assembly. Hard/crunchy shifts for several months, dealer unable to replicate until this month. Entire transmission replaced along with clutch disc, plate, t/o bearing and fork, and clutch slave cylinder.
