2014 Ford C-MAX 4dr Hatch

141-horsepower 2.0L I4 Plug-in Hybrid CVT FWD

64000 mi Replaced Wheel stud on the new wheel hub that had been replaced 6 months prior due to another broken wheel stud. My opinion is that the shop used an air gun and overtightened the lug nut. Asked they Please use a torque wrench this time and they said that they did but I checked with my own torque wrench and it had been overtightened again
88000 mi Dealer has consistently over-torqued wheel bolts and in process of me swtiching summer tires to winters, was unable to get lugs off of wheel they had removed/reinstalled as part of a previous repair. Broke a NAPA 1/2" to 3/8" adapter with my 1/2" breaker bar

2014 Ford C-MAX 4dr Hatch

141-horsepower 2.0L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD

18000 mi One of the rear hatch's struts came loose when opening the hatch. Upon closing, the strut was forced out the top of the hinge, causing damage to paint, trim, and the hatch panel itself. The strut was replaced on this trip, not the damage.
10000 mi Rear passenger seat-belt harness lockup problems.
