Replaced Wheel stud on the new wheel hub that had been replaced 6 months prior due to another broken wheel stud. My opinion is that the shop used an air gun and overtightened the lug nut. Asked they Please use a torque wrench this time and they said that they did but I checked with my own torque wrench and it had been overtightened again

Hybrid battery range dropped from 20+ miles/full charge during spring, to 16 miles/full charge in the summer, now down to 12/miles in Nov @ 40 degrees F. Previous winters showed a slight ranged decrease down to 18-ish. Yellow wrench investigated to show many MIL codes. Tech connected a loose harness cable which fixed all the MIL codes. Tech did extensive testing with Ford engineering to end up saying this was a normal battery aging Dealer has consistently over-torqued wheel bolts and in process of me swtiching summer tires to winters, was unable to get lugs off of wheel they had removed/reinstalled as part of a previous repair. Broke a NAPA 1/2" to 3/8" adapter with my 1/2" breaker bar

Car was riding very rough and uncomfortable so I replaced Rear Shocks (FCS 346041) and front struts (FCS 337019L / FCS 337019R). Took for f*cking ever to remove the strut from the steering knuckle on the right and the process, moved the right CV shaft out of allowed sway to create a noise when reassembled. Ended up having to replace that as well, vs going through all the hassle of rebuilding it. Due to significant difficulty getting the front right strut out of the steering knuckle, the CV half shaft was moved out of acceptable sway angle and started making noise once reassembled. Had to replace vs spend significant time rebuilding

"Check Engine" light came on, and dealer said I shouldn't drive the car for fear of ruining the transmission. Transmission fluid pump needed replacement. Two fuses that power the 12-volt jacks burned out and needed to be replaced. Surprisingly, these were not covered by the warranty, so I paid out of pocket.
