Need to return again so they can do another wheel alignment to correct adjustments that were done and fight for last two to be replaced as well (on the rear) as I have lost faith in this set of tires. The only issue I have have that is very annoying is some management, oversight of the problem should have been done to include all four tires as a control test to find the remedy quicker. No one seems to take charge anymore. It would have saved 6 trips to the dealer and 21 shop-days! Taken the joy away from this car; slowly trying to rekindle that. |

When I went to replace the 4 tires all together I was inform by the mechanic dealing with th tires, that, my car NEVER had a whell balanced: (the imbalance was bog on one wheel (front Right)). And I was told, as well, despite my request (few times) my tires where NEVER crossed each other in 8 years, no wonder I had the fron wheels worned mor than the rear. With 44000 km, 8 years, my tires could have run for another 10000 km but not only they were uneven, the HOT-DRY desert enviroment had my tires gone too dry and britteling with rubber coming out just by touch. |
