Current car is a 99 Nissan Maxima with 250k+ miles. Still has plenty of get up and go, corners like it's on rails, great comfortable leather seats.
Getting very expensive to maintain, and questionable for long trips.
Would like to get a fun to drive car, that gets better mileage...

Been looking at Ford Explorer, maybe upto Expedition. 2005-2007 from $8-$11k, 80-130k miles .... looks like good bet, but happy to take advice.

We will do light towing, and moving bulky items. Occasional use, but maybe long trips. Use in snow (skiiing), camping (some off-road).
