You need to go on autotrader. Just keep running a search, Frankly though you are going to have to (a) up your price or(b) up the miles on it or (c) travel to get it and drive it back. Nothing on autorader today that meets your mileage & price limits. There are some in the $2150 -$6000 range with miles under 150K BUT you will still have to travel a distance (maybe fly in) and drive it backor ship it.
