If your looking for Comfort, the Challenger is the only one of the three that adults can comfortably ride in the rear seats for any lentgh of time. I wouldn't think that you could get five people in any of them.
I own a Mustang and personally think its the most fun to drive, the Camaro was like looking out of a bunker and the Challenger is a big comfortable cruiser and not very sporty compared to the 'stang.

If I were going to get a sporty car for a family car, I'd get the Challenger giving up some driving fun for a lot more comfort.
