  9 responses   Dog/Camping/Grocery/Trip Hauler

A utilitarian hauler for dogs, camping/canoeing gear, groceries, etc. Easy access for a large, older dog is a must. Rear seating, don't much care. My Honda Element has fit the bill perfectly and would buy another in a heartbeat, but those with low-ish miles are few and far between. Looked...

Key Points: I'm 6'-6 1/2" (half my height in the upper body), and I need a car that I can sit upright in. Owing to developing arthritis in both knees - I don't want to have to climb down into the car, and I don't want to be looking out...

I'm considering a Honda CR-V, because my 2001 CR-V gave me 13 entirely trouble-free years until a recent A/C system failure that is not reparable. Now I have to live without A/C or get a different car. I'm shopping the CR-V again, along with Toyota Highlander and Subaru Outback. I...

honda crv seems to be perfect, but the ones I have found have 200K + miles. Rav 4s are scarce and not cheap either. Ideas? Is 200K OK for something I would not be using as a 1st car?

Looking for a fuel-efficient non-minivan that can comfortably fit a 69"x28"x34" crate as cabin cargo. Reliable and fun to drive a bonus, leather seats preferred. Ford flex barely won't work...2nd row sears don't fold flat enough...interference with central dome lights.
