I would lean towards the 4cyl option. It will get about 10% better milage (if past Sorrentos are an indicator) and repair and maintenance should be slightly lower, although there aren't particular engine concerns with either version. Basically, the power to weight ratio is fairly reasonable for the 4cyl (about 3500 lbs; 190 hp) so unless you feel like you really need an extra 100hp, or if you can only get options you want with the v6 packages, there's not really a compelling reason to get the V6 in my opinion. And of course the up front costs are less for the 4.
