The Right Car for Me | TrueDelta

bassmechanik

I am looking for a car I can keep beyond 150K miles. I like the ES350 but the 2010 model kind of reminds you of the camry. I also like the G37 but it doesn't have heated seats and is smaller than my altima.

Car Needs: Daily commuter / Family transporter / Long trips

Will consider both new and used cars
Maximum mileage: 50000
Maximum age: 5 years

Maximum price: US $ 25000

You can definitely get heated seats in a G37.

Can you provide more information about your priorities, and perhaps what you like and dislike about various contenders?

I like the ES350 only because it has ventilated (cooled) seats. Other than that the G37 is nice. I wonder how different is the interior size compared to my 2007 Altima? The ES350 2007-2012 looks kinda like the Camry. I am leaning towards the G37 since I'm a Nissan fan.

Have you considered the next size up Infiniti, the M35? It's roomier than the G, was offered with ventilated seats, and 2009s, 2010s, and even 2011s (the first year of the current design) with these seats are in your price range.

If it needs to be luxurious and Japanese, I would say you can't go wrong with the M35. Fairly reliable, good engine, and lots of features. What about something German with an extended warrenty or American. Some of the new Lincolns have deep discounts, as do the Cadillacs.
