You won't find many great cars with that price or feature description. I'd check out the mid 2000s comfy Lexus ES or sporty Lexus IS. It's a 12 year old car, so expect problems. Back then, mainly luxury cars had heated seats.

Wont get you any points with the ladies, but maybe just maybe if you look real hard an older model Toyota Avalon can be had just under you max mileage. Very reliable, especially if you get one newer than 2004 which gets you past any sludging issues and usually well cared for by someone with gray hair. Maybe an older XLE Solara as well.
