All of those are good except the Hyundai Santa Fe, which is probably too old based on a $10k budget. Also look at a Mazda CX-5 and Toyota Highlander.

My daughter bought a 2017 Santa Fe Sport used in 2018, previous rental $15500. It has been GREAT. She commuted about 95 miles a day so racked up the miles. Realibilty has been GREAT. 5 star safety rating only maintenance regular oil changes, brake pads around 60K. She also had an accident, a guy with no insurance clipped her front right bumper to front of passenger door. Hasn't gotten fixed yet, No problems. Almost 80K miles, runs like new. 2014-2015 used around $10-12K. Highly recommend over other choices. Pilot mpg awful, maintenance more expensive, RAV4 great, but 4 star safety rating.

Look at 2013 and later models that have passed small offset deicer's crash test for the latest in safety at your price range.
