if your thinking of going to a north american car, the service depots are going to suprise you in customer service, compared to BMW, if you have been a long tem BMW owner...it's noware near they same level. I love my SRX , and Caddilac is really chasing the BMW, and Lexus level, but the dealerships are behind to say the least. If your looking at a solid resale value, it's not going to be caddilac, as im finding now that mine is three years old and time to trade in. I amin the same boat as yourself and have drove the new BMWx5, Lexusrx, and Volvo xc60...the one that suprised me the most was the volvo, but reliability issues and resale just kill it for me, if they could get that wrapped up, beautiful little unit, although a little utilitarian in nature. The RXseries is really getting tired andis slippingslowly, IMHO, although the resale is outta this world...and nobody can deny that.If you already have a x5,it's going to be a hard unit to top they new ones areexceptional, ....and gets my vote.
