Do you need to tow?
Is fuel efficiency critical (high milleage)?
For high milleage in this range of price I would consider VW Touareg TDI, otherwise 3.6L gas engine would do the job too.
Audi Q5 could be also a nice choice.
In less "high class", Kia Sorento 2016 with the V6 is a solid performer ... I've just take possession of mine (V6 AWD EX+) ... on road milleage seams to be somewhere between 8.5 - 9L/100 on road with regular gasoline (VW and Audi needs premium gas).
Those 3 tow at least 4 or 5000 lbs.
