How heavy is your boat and trailer? You'll probably want the smallest vehicle that does the job to minimize barginess. I think the dictionary definition of "land barge" has a picture of a Suburban next to it. And if the Armada/QX 56 had sold more, their pictures would be there as well. Maybe there are smaller vehicle+tow package options that give you the required towing capacity? Even a Honda Pilot or something like that?
Any thoughts of a two vehicle solution? Get a low center of gravity vehicle that is actually fun to drive, plus a cheap people/toy mover?
