What did you like and dislike about those you've looked at?

The Toyota is most likely to be reliable for many years.

The only other option will be the new Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon. They're new for 2015, and will be available in the fall.

I have a Nissan Frontier SV CrewCab which givem e everything your looking for. It will be redesign next year so this year is the best time to get one very reasonable price (I got mine for about 24K out the door). Most powerfull midsize pickup. most comfortble, flexible, duarable and makes about 22-23 on the HWY!

Dont wait for the new one because it will be base on the new Pathfinder SUV which will make it a womans toy instead of a mans...lol

If you need to have 4wd you cant beat the Ridgeline and the flexibility and room that it gives you (especially if your over 250lb or your a tall driver over 6').


Toyata Tacoma is OLD! They have the same design and engine for 20 years and they also are about to updated. If you go with a Toyota I will higly recomend the Tundra in any configuration you like it.

I agree the canyon and clorado twins were terrible in previous years. The new ones we have to wait and see.

You cant go wrong with the Frontier. Actually is nothing else like it out there currently. BBB

I rarely drive pickups, and wasn't aware that the Frontier was considerably more up-to-date than the Taco.

We don't have much reliability data on them. The reliability of Nissan's trucks overall is so-so.

Honda has a fully revised Ridgeline on the way--so the model will be around for at least another 6-7 years. They released a teaser image that gave away nothing a few weeks ago.
